Absolutely agree. Back seats will require motorbike helmets

I was very impressed with the front seats though. We managed a ton on a lot of roads, sometimes more, and no issue with getting blown about. We are a pair of short ≈≈≈≈≈ though

My partner wants to get a Mustang for a trip with four of us. Forgetting the obvious issue of luggage, she's convinced it's not that bad in the back. Yeah, right

My little one doesn't mind so much - as long as she's got her hair in a bobble and my aviators (which I seem to have lost to her as I only wear them when I've got my contacts in) on as they cover a bigger area than her shades. For NSL+ speeds, windows up kill an awful lot of the buffeting (and if you're going fast enough, no one notices the outline of the glass )

My kids loved the novelty for a while, but as they got older (more importantly taller) they soon changed their mind

It's fine for a while and yes the windows help, but I wouldn't recommend it for anyone over 5' (or even approaching it) tbh.

Simple solution they go in the back

Definitely do it. One of ther things you just have to try at least once in your life.

Golden rule for Convertibles is that 2 people = Fantastic. 3 or more = Misery. The back seat of a convertible is a special type of hell.

Even better nowadays that the choice is a Mustang or Camaro, both look superb. A few years ago, this is what could <shudder> have been waiting for you after a 9hr flight...

We hired a Mustang for the day and loved it great driving with the top down there were 4 adults not loads of room but alright. Did think about getting one for the last part of our trip in October when there will just me and DH but decided against it due to luggage.
