I've just watched it myself Linda and in a word - fantastic. And we've been watching the fireworks since 1990.

Oddly enough Joan and I were talking only yesterday about getting tickets for MVMCP when we are next there. I wonder if it will be the same show?

The last time we went was for the MVMCP in 2014 and we waited until we could see a good weather forecast for the following day and went to buy the tickets at DS. Might do the same in Nov/Dec.

We've not been to Disney before but I have watched Wishes on YouTube and was quite sad to see that we would never experience it in person on our upcoming holiday. However, I watched Happily Ever After this morning and I have to say it gave me goose bumps and I can't wait to see it now 😊.

Snap!

In fact I think the video of happily ever after excited me more than wishes!

It does look good. Only problem for me is that you will need a good view of the front of the castle.

I can't be bothered to stake out a spot ages before so I'll stick to the Poly beach and just enjoy the firework element.

I am wondering if my evening ADR at Cali Grill to watch the fireworks isn't as "ideal" now

This is exactly my thinking...i love the look of this and really want to see the full thing but no way am i fighting in the scrum that is staking out a spot! We were actually thinking of watching the fireworks from the ttc or just elsewhere in mk ( had heard that spots behind the castle can be great) ..but so much of the new one is projections on the castle !

OMG... I absolutely LOVED it and wanted to hate it! I didn't think anything would compete with Wishes but this is sooooo much better!

Just tweaked all my plans so I can see it 3 times in November!

Interesting facts re firework shows at MK:

The first show "Fantasy in the sky" ran for 32 years!
Wishes started in 2003 so ran for 14 years.
Most music for these shows are recorded in London because our orchestras are the best.
