Florida Escapes

Hi All,
I have read a few bad reviews of Florida Escapes recently but I have just had a great experience with them.
I ordered 14 Day Disney Tickets on the 15th February and received them today.

We also got them in the flash sale so got 4 adult tickets for £1368. We had shopped around and this was the cheapest at the time.
We also got a free Wild Florida voucher.

Anyway we have had a great experience with them so don't be put off with a few unfortunate delays.

After 10 days of ordering Discovery cove tickets for this April they called me to say they couldn’t get them for me, blamed DC and all they can do is issue a refund🙄🙄 off to order from another agent as DC still have that date available on their site but dearer😒

Poor effort by Florida Escapes. I won’t be using them again even if they are £10 or so cheaper than the rest

All tickets are real but come in different forms. Florida Escapes can do them in either format depending on your requirements.

Well I decided for the first time to use them to book my Disney Hotel with free DDP and tickets. We are off next Wednesday and up until Thursday just gone had received no tickets. I was told that we would not receive them until 2 weeks before we go... to which I said 'well we are now just under 2 weeks'. I had an e-mail then to say that they had spoken to Disney again and they would be sending them as special delivery. Well this morning we received our letter thanking us for booking our holiday along with 2 luggage tags - but no tickets? I have just phoned Florida Escapes and their system has crashed so waiting on a call back. I normally book everything DIY and am very much in control, not loving the fact that here we are just over a week to go with no disney tickets. I'm not saying this is Florida Escapes fault, but I'm not that impressed if i'm honest. I'm sure we will get it all sorted but don't really want or need the hassle of trying to sort it out this late in the day!
