Universal Orlando 2/3 Park Explorer Ticket

Does anyone know if the Universal Orlando 2 or 3 Park Explorer Tickets that can be valid for 14 days are classed as Hopper tickets for free movement between parks and also use of the Hogwarts Express?

I presume they can't because it isn't mentioned.

Thanks

Yeah they can be. Described usually as 'park to park' tickets it means just that - move from one park to another. Universal don't use the term Hopper - it's Disney speak.

Yes the Universal 2 and 3 Park Explorer tickets give you 14 days unlimited admission to the parks.

Below is details about the Universal 3 Park Explorer ticket. It says the same for the 2 park ticket, but minus Volcano Bay.

Enjoy fourteen (14) consecutive days of unlimited park to park access to Universal Studios Florida™, Universal’s Islands of Adventure™, the all NEW Universal’s Volcano Bay™ water theme park, and select live entertainment venues of Universal CityWalk™. Hogwarts Express is included with this ticket

Yes, they are hopper tickets (officially Universal calls them "park-to-park" tickets because they don't like to copy Disney ) and, yes, you can use them to ride the Hogwarts Express.

The 2 or 3 Park Explorer tickets allow you to come and go between the 2 or 3 parks as much as you want during a 14 day period.
