Question Advice needed please re Universal and Seaworld stay

Hi all you lovely dibbers - I'm asking for some advice please if anyone has the time to share some tips?

I'm hoping to go to Orlando next August - but haven't been for a while so I'm out of touch with best offers and ticket combos etc.

Questions:

1 - For Seaworld and Aquatica themeparks. Do any of the Seaworld hotels offer front of ride access for hotel guests - or is this "perk" only offered at the Universal hotels for the Universal theme parks?

2 - For the new Universal water park - is this park included with the Seaworld tickets or the Universal park tickets? And again is there any hotel that offers perks like early access etc.

3 - If I buy Universal tickets and Seaworld tickets - do they expire on same day or are they both valid from each first day of use?

Many thanks for any help you can give

If you have a look on the SeaWorld website it will give you a list of hotels and their benefits. You don't get unlimited FOLP, but you do get it once a day I believe.

You need to buy a 3-park ticket to access Volcano Bay. Staying on site at the universal hotels does mean you can get to the water park early too.

Not sure on question three I'm afraid!

I can sort of answer some of your questions.

There are some partner hotels that I think did have quick queue, the seaworld equiv inc. I don't think that perk extends to other sw parks (and obviously not at universal), just sw itself. presume a list might be found on sw website, but I think maybe Fairfield/double tree near sw might be some of them? Going from memory here. We found we could do everything we wanted to at sw with an early start, even in august, without quick queue.

Some of the universal tickets (3 park ones) include Volcano Bay waterpark. The premium universal hotels folp does not inc volcano bay, only us and ioa. There is a kind of fast pass for volcano bay, but that is purchase only. However the early entry that you get with all universal hotels can inc volcano bay (it did when we were there in aug - I think it probably will until demand slows down). We found this really useful.

When buying our tickets (from orlando attractions), I don't think there was any diff in price from ordering both, and we received separate card universal tickets, and a4 paper sw tickets, so there start dates wouldn't have been lined up if you know what I mean.

Happy planning
