Yes, we have done that twice. You collect your luggage as normal then take it with you to the DME desk. The driver then load your bags onto the DME and they travel with you to the resort. We usually tip the driver a $1 per suitcase

As above. You have to collect your luggage. Then just sign in and join the queue for your resort. Wait times vary. We’ve arrived and been off in 5 minutes and sat and waited on a bus for 30. That part is luck of the draw.

Really easy. Collect your luggage and go to Magical Express section. You will be directed to the correct area for your bus. Your luggage will get loaded by the driver so you take with you to resort.

So what happens if you are flying with virgin and have to collect "packs" from airport rep? I take it I would still have to go to virgin desk and then make my way back to magical express buses? If I am correct with this, can anyone tell me where the magical express desks are in relation to the virgin holidays one?
Thank you

If memory serves me correctly the virgin rep is on the same level as the magical express and you approach the virgin rep before proceeding to the me pick up point.
