Some years ago when my daughter was only 3 we had a family day at Typhoon Lagoon. Everyone but me and my daughter went off to ride the big things while we played in the shallows and on the small slides. I went down one of the seemingly safe small slides and friction burnt a huge split in the backside of my swimming costume. I had no towel, shirt or anything to cover up my stinging burnt butt. Trying to entertain my increasingly stroppy daughter without getting off the sun lounger and showing everyone my crack for the next 45 minutes was virtually impossible. When everyone came back we beat a hasty retreat back to the hotel where I spent the evening with an ice pack on my crevice!

love all of these.. and to add to these its the thing that happens to most of us after going down a slide at the water park that just ends in a couple of inches of water... the trying to find your swimming costume which seems to have 'disappeared' even though you know you are still wearing it whilst the lifeguard is shouting at you to leave the lane!

Whilst at Typhoon lagoon,
We were on the Kowabunga slides, after about the 6th go with my son who was 12,
I went to get up at the bottom of the slide and realised that the pressure of the water had ripped my swim shorts up to my waistband, I didn’t have anymore with us so the Rest of the day was spent on the sun bed...
