Jennifer called back. No change after speaking to her boss Daria. No more escalation route either. I have said that I wll be emailing the leadership team and asking for a response directly from them.

Incredibly poor show by Disney. A free move costs them nothing and would stop all this bad press they are and will continue to receive.

I do not intend to allow them to get away with this.

They have made mistakes, lied and now just hope it blows over and they dont have to deal with messy compensation like last year.

Agreed, they hope we will all go away and they can be given an easy life. Keep escalating as theat means people have to spend their time looking in to the same thing and questioning the people making the decisions.

Daria is as far as I got but wouldnt be given a second name or be able to speak to her. Could be Daria Kozlova as she has a page on LinedIn.

My next course of action is email Bob Iger, Bob Chapek directly and ask their team to investigate on my behalf and copy DisneyUk in as well as George Kalogridis, Jim MacPhee and Kathy Matthews for reference.

I will also be calling Daria next week for a follow up.

disappoint in Disney, think they have boobed here again

but was around late feb early march when they caved last time.

I guess less to do with a few unhappy brits, more to do with wanting to fill it in the summer - so perhaps the $75 giftcard will resurface soon...
