Outbound is 5th September. Hoping for inbound around 26th September, but can be a bit flexible.

Ah right. There's an odd thing with LHR to MCO where seat spy isn't showing availability for returns in early September but there are both economy and premium returns if you search them on the website as returns.

Essentially, if you are just looking for the inbound reward legs, don't always rely on Seatspy or searching VA's website for the one way inbound leg only as I wouldn't have got my returns that I've just booked

Thank you, that's handy to know. We're flying from Manchester, and I'm using Seatspy which is showing inbound seats up to 17th September at the moment, but I'll start looking at VA for proper return flights too to see if it shows up in the same way

If you use the flexible dates box on the website, it gives you a good overview

If you looked at Seatspy only you would think there are no inbound reward seats on these days - most odd!

Yes, I've just had a look and nothing inbound past the 17th yet for Manchester, but I'll keep checking

I find seat spy more reliable than VS website - then again I haven't booked a niles flight in far too long. I do need to draw down my mile balance soon as its stupidly too high

Just a quick update to say that I've booked my return leg now and had a really lovely agent who converted it to a return ticket with lower taxes for me without any trouble. In fact, she was already doing it when I asked!

We're having to fly back on the Sunday, rather than the Monday as planned, as they seem to have skipped a couple of days for reward flights; so they're available Sat, Sun, then Wed and I didn't want to keep waiting and risk missing out completely. Still, 20 nights will be the longest holiday we've ever taken and will feel like a real luxury. I am keeping my BA back-up flights though with all the news about VA needing to find £400 million, but hopefully they'll get through it and we'll all be flying normally again next year!

I’d be interested in a glitch. I have a reward UC seat with VA flying out on 15th Jan MAN-JFK and am returning on 8th Feb in PE.
