One of the greatest showmen of the 20th Centruy Freddie Mercury died 30 years ago today. He may be gone but we still have his wonderful music.

I remember waking up and going downstairs and seeing my mum crying…..she never cried much but was so upset by his passing…..what a legend he was , a genuine showman ❤️

There was a medley on Radio 2 yesterday of Queen songs. Not a bad song amongst them.

I remember it well. A very sad day I still remember being woken up by my housemate in my university house and been told the devastating news, and knowing I would never see Freddy live which I’d always wanted to do.
I have seen Queen and Adam Lambert twice- Adam is fantastic but there’s only one Freddie.
