I’d prefer fewer with creatures and more physical challenges. Like the water tank yesterday or walking the plank. They are more entertaining than locked in a box and getting insects poured in.

Richard is coming across really well. Danny I think could lose his temper if he gets hungry. David is great. Snoochie I go back and forth on, sometimes she irritates me and sometimes I find her entertaining. I'm struggling this year with the winner- last year we called Gi straight away while the odds were high and put a little bet on it.

I think this year for the first time its not holding my attention at all. Last year first in Wales worked simply because we needed to see something and it was the first year. This year its not working for me.

The studio in the castle is so far removed from reality its becoming obvious. Its November its 11pm they are walking around in bare feet or socks. They have underfloor heating. They do a task, end up being covered top to toe and then walk back into the set clean and dry. They have access to proper changing facilities and a shower.

Just reading online Richard was taken to hospital overnight, hopefully nothing serious cos he looked in good spirits on screen, he did say the raw meat that dropped on him went in his mouth 🤢... that can't be good for ya gut
