Coming along well then. Normally all the carcasses and appliances are put in but they hold back the doors and worktops for a while. Saves them getting damaged.
All the doors can be hung in about 30 mins flat. Tops a lot longer!

Kitchen has gone in this week ! And most radiators etc Template for the tops is done too as they’re granite |

Coming along nicely and yes the handrail will not be going on for ages. The reason being it is highly likely to get damaged as gear is carried upstairs.
Normally we used to just tack a bit of scrap timber on as a temporary safety measure. I do chuckle at how they blast a bit of emulsion on to save taking the Rads back off. There is a system now however whereby you can lower Rads in order to decorate behind that are in situ, plumbed in and filled without disconnecting them. Good idea actually. Edit. Who is the builder please? Looks a bit like a Charles Church property.

Been back today
So much has happened in two weeks The boilers in and all the radiators and the heating is on! Tiling just about done Kitchen in including granite tops All appliances are in too Looks like all the skirting boards and doors are here too Everywhere has has at least one coat of paint too |
