Morning, I have sent a tweet to BA but you guys may be able to help me before they answer 😂

I’ve tried multiple times this week to add our API’s to the booking (7 of us)

I enter the details then get hit submit and I always get
‘We have some problems with the details you have provided’

Anyone else had issues or have any idea what I’m doing wrong 😂

Hey yes I did finally yesterday. I used the chatbot and got put through to a live agent. I had to give them all the details and they did it for me. Went on my app after about 30 minutes x
