Just after some help from those who have it

So, i downloaded the App, i connected to the Rav Power Wifi (just via my phone, do i have to connect my ethernet cable?)

I inserted my sd card that was in my go pro, and a usb stick i bought

It shows the 2 videos i have on the sd card, but when i click to watch them it throws me back to the original app screen

And when i click them to transfer it says file empty, what am i doing wrong

Ive not seen that issue with mine but it did take me a while to workout getting everything to show (from memory as not used since last year) I had to start things in the right order to get the sd card and usb stick to show. I think it was a cut and past job then rather than opening files.

I always used wifi - never needed to connect via ethernet though if that helps.
