Ha ha. Guilty as charged. $73 actually.

I'm not that well up on modern text speak so had to Google PSA!

Wish I hadn't now.

Someone on the other side was claiming to have 'bought' (they can't complete the purchase until tomorrow) Riveira for $170 yesterday. I've not kept up on the restrictions for this resort as have no intentions of buying any more contracts, but would have thought they'd be off putting, clearly not.

It's difficult when you did pay around the $70 mark (I paid either $64 & $69 or $69 & $74 for my 2 BCV contracts, really can't remember!) at around $2 to £1 exchange rate to NOT make the comparison every time there's a price increase or a new resort on sale.

The incentive for 175 points is $3150 which drops the effective $ per point from $188 to $170.

Read that Copper Creek is now fully released to DVC and expected to sell out by June at which point the buy price from Disney will rise to $210. We're not selling but it does put into perspective the $162 we bought CC at.

Ah that makes sense then.

Yep we paid $162 for our CCV contract also, you can't help but smile to know that it's gone up since, not that we bought to sell, but always nice to know.
