ABC islands ?

Does anyone have any tips for the ABC islands please? We are going as a family 2 kids ages 11 and 7. Not interested in snorkelling. We have booked a golf cart in Bonaire and thinking about DE Palm island in Aruba but not booked yet. My daughter is desperate to see real life flamingos if possible. Thinking of having a couples day at Curaçao and leaving the kids in club. All suggestions would be great!

Been to all three islands a few times on different cruises. Flamingos are only native to Bonaire. The few flamingos on Aruba are on Renaissance Island (private island for hotel guests). A day pass is possible but very expensive. Access to the birds is strictly controlled and I believe access for children even more so.
The best public beaches on Aruba are Eagle Beach, known locally as low rise beach and Palm Beach, high rise beach. We’ve been to Eagle Beach a few times, paying a small fee to use the Amsterdam Manor hotel facilities. I heard a rumour they had stopped this. The last couple of times we have walked to Surfside Beach, about 25 minutes SE. We go to the Reflexions beach bar and use their loungers/umbrellas for a small fee. It’s a nice beach with good service. We’ve also done a couple of island tours - picked up at the port.

we're going to Bonaire tomorrow and have booked a 3 hour tour of the island, then we have Curacao and Aruba the days after. We have booked full island tours for both (6 - 7 hours) all with Viator.

no flamingoes n Curacao today - the guide took us to where some come and feed during the day but we weren't expecting to see any as he said they haven't seen any for about 2 weeks
