I had a good experience with the Landry card. Ordered less than 2 weeks before trip and didn't get card in time but sorted out app. Had no problems with not having the card

Used it 3 times. Bubba Gumps no queue to jump but first $25 dollars used.
Rainforest Cafe. people with bookings were waiting 20 mins we waited 4 mins with no reservation. Also used "birthday" bonus $25.
T-Rex - again seated fairly quickly with no reservation with people waiting about everywhere at the front.

So hopefully you get sorted as its worth while.

Thank you all for your replies.

I got an email response from them overnight via the online form I filled in. I had to give them some more info to which they then replied this afternoon.

They said my card has been issued out already and gave me my membership number. They also reset my password and upon closer look it appears I put gmaill with the two Ls so that will be why I hadn’t got anything! My own fault. All updated and sorted now and I’ve been able to log on and see everything! My faith has been restored!

We ordered it the 14 March and still waiting. If you go to the website and log into your account it does give your membership number so you can download the app
We chased it up and they said it was posted 22March and still waiting!
But we have downloaded the app
