Mobile CBR vs POFQ

We are looking to book our second trip to WDW, stayed at the Beach club last time, it’s now a little out of our price point. But we loved the location to food and great transport. We are a family of 4 staying for 2 weeks. Will the CRB rooms be too small or is the transport poor at POFQ.

I've never stayed at CBR but when I stayed at POFQ last year the transport was great. I never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a bus, usually less.

Have stayed at both and room sizes I would say are pretty similar.
POFQ has the boat to Disney Springs which is a nice perk for a change of scenery plus riverside is a short walk away too and resort as a whole is much smaller than CBR so easy to get about.
Bus wise generally at CBR you will go to all stops at the resort (about 4 i think) POFQ only has 1, sometimes buses are shared with riverside but not sure of the scheduling this may only happen at times not considered 'peak'.
