Universal Photos - HELP?

I am trying to get all my documents together ready for our trip in July!

I know it is a fair way off yet, but I had a spare few hours so I thought I would give it a go

Here comes my dilemma - I am confident I purchased the Universal Photo Pass, but I can't find my email confirmation or any record of it

Does anyone have any advice on how I may find out if I have booked the Photo Pass and where I collect this from etc.?

We had similar scenario in that we had the booking but no record of what actually came with it. So mailed them and had a quick reply with the info.
I'm sure if you mail them then they will be able to find the booking with the e-mail address you used for the account.

Search you inbox for an email from noreply@amazingpictures.com

to collect it you need to take is you email address and confirmation number.

Now can anyone tell me how it works and what is included? I guess I should know this but can't remember

We took our email to the photo shop at the front of the park. There is one at each park. They gave us a card and lanyard. If you want your ride photo, go to the machines between ride and exit, find your photo and add to your card. Photographers at front of park also. We had downloads of all the photos on our card, a printed poster and two prints - depends on the package though. We went to the photo shop on our way out last time to sort this, takes a bit of time. Have fun.
