Adding infant to Disney Booking.

As we know, a little, teenie, tiny offer is being released on Thursday and we are wanting to book for next summer to stay on site.

We will be taking our first born with us but they are not expected untill 1st May 2019.

Do we declare the infant before they're born? Or add them on after booking? Is their a charge? Are we crazy!? Probably - but there are 7 people going on the trip.

Thanks in advanced.

Are you just booking the hotel or a package? If you are booking flights let them know there will be a baby added as they will make notes on the account so you pay the tax on your original price and not an inflated price further down the line.

Re Disney hotel I think I just added the baby as our surname but no initial. It makes little difference with just a hotel only booking as you wont be charged any more for the baby.

Hey Jakey,

It's just for the Disney booking.

Interesting. Thank you

Just wanted to say thanks for asking - our little one is due August and I had the same question! (And also congratulations, fellow Disney fan parent who is taking a baby to WDW - are we nuts?!)

We booked last year direct with Disney before my DD was born. I just added her to our booking with her name and due date. I later read from Disney that you can just add them once they’re born. I need to ring them actually, to arrange a crib and request a microwave in the room.

I didn’t add the baby to the booking until she was born. There were no issues.

Thank you. Can you get a microwave in a moderate resort?

No idea, but it’s worth asking. They’re not guaranteed anywhere, but apparently they have a few.
