Landry’s Select Club
Hi, after reading many good reviews I signed up for the landrys card on Friday. When I signed up it gave me a transaction ID and said that I would get my card in 10 working days but get more information via email in 1-2 working days. I’ve had nothing so far. I don’t even have my membership number.
Has anyone else had this experience? I’m worrying I input my email address wrong or something. We travel next Friday (19th) so I’m not sure if it will come in the post in time! Am I just being too impatient or do you think something’s gone wrong? |

Silly question but have you checked your spam/junk? My Landry Card emails go straight in spam folder for some reason!

They are notorious for taking ages for you to get your card etc. thats why its always advisable to sign up as soon as possible. When we got ours there was a long thread on here with people not getting their card in time for their holidays. We had to get in touch with them twice, I think it was, before we eventually got ours.

I had a NIGHTMARE with this bloody card!
I signed up and got the same promise... nothing for months and months - I emailed customer service - no responses... I finally went on facebook and contacted them and someone replied and said they would tell customer service to sort... nothing... Tried again and finally they sorted it and gave me a bit of compo $10 and sent the card... So basically I would try contacting them via Facebook. |

Thank you all. I obviously missed all of the issues when I was reading all about it.
I used their contact form on the website but don’t know if I trust them to reply from what you’ve said. I will try the Facebook route! Thank you |

I never got an email just the card in the post ! Emails only started a few weeks after the card arrived

I recall there is a problem with the way it handles the country, i think if you write uk down in the address as well as the country box it will work. We did this the 2nd time and the card came in a few days.
