I am sure I have seen them in Poundland. They definitely have then in Dollar Tree if you just want a basic plastic set.

I saw kitchen aid ones in Marshall’s and TJ Maxx last week .
You can buy them in Asda with the US cup size on them as well .

I have a Candian friend who sent me a recipe which used measurements in cup sizes. I managed to buy my stainless steel cups from TKMaxx/Homesense here in England. Im sure they weren't expensive either ... seem to think around £5 for 4 different sized cups.
