Planning our Disneymoon March 2020 - DCL & WDW
Hi, we're a couple from Bournemouth (woo seaside)
We are currently planning our (Honey) Disneymoon for March 2020, following our wedding on the 15th March. We got engaged on our first (what was thought would be a once in a lifetime) trip to Walt Disney World back in April 2016. My fiancee proposed on the beach of our resort and Caribbean Beach. We knew without a doubt we'd be back for our honeymoon. Our honeymoon starts on the 19th March 2020 with an overnight stay at Gatwick airport (which is still yet to be booked, along with the flights) we will fly into MCO and get the ME to Disney's All Star Sports for 1 night. On the 20th March we will be getting the DCL bus to Port Canaveral for our first Disney Cruise (and first cruise ever) on the Dream, for a 3 night stay around the Bahamas, stopping at Castaway Cay. We then return to Port Canaveral on Monday 23rd March, where we will get back on the DCL bus, back to WDW. Now that the 2020 free dining plan has been released, we're hoping to book 12 nights at Coronado Springs Resort. To say we are excited is an understatement, we were over the moon when the DDP was announced, we are counting down the days until the 25th to book. We knew it is going to be busy, due to spring break, we are hoping for the last week of our honeymoon that the crowds might ease up a little as we go into the first week of April. Also any first time cruise tips? We are staying in an inside stateroom with a magical porthole. We are following about every Disney page on Facebook, trying to get all the best tips and advice.
