Based on the issues from last year, it seems that Virgin may have told you everything had changed to OKW but this information hasn’t gone to Disney, hence it showing the GF. I’d be very concerned at the wrong dates too.

Just to say it may just be an MDE issue, glitchy at the best of times, right up until check-in last year we were showing 3 separate stays at 3 separate resorts!

If you’ve got a booking confirmation from Virgin with the hotel you want and with dining included then if it’s at all possible they would honour it-even if they need to pay for the dining. I wouldn’t trust what MDE says I’ve been registered in there for any number of glitchy bookings but always ended up with what I actually was expecting? Have you checked with Virgin yet they do generally sort these things out but if not definitely go with the Disney email. I was caught up in the AKL refurb last year. Virgin did sort me out pretty quickly but I know they didn’t sort out loads whereas Disney did. I’m sure if you explain about the autism they will di everything they can

I haven't read the replies, but we did change resort but it was showing on my MDE but not my Sisters. We didn't think it was a problem, as I booked both rooms together. Issue was the magical express! They'd booked her on the wrong coach and it really was a faff to change it as the man was so confused. Not what you need after a long flight. So if anyone else is in this boat, check with the busses tooI hope you get it sorted.

That’s not good , they should have sorted it by now. Is it virgins fault or Disney ?
