I am currently looking at moderates as well and never stayed at any.
I like the look of Caribbean beach as they have the new skyliner for transport and port Orleans french quarter as I think it’s a smaller resort.
Be good to hear other people’s views as well.

What do you mean by 'best'? How many people and what ages? There are so many variables - eg, size, theming, food, facilities. I love Port Orleans French Quarter because it's small, only has one bus stop, has a lovely theme, great pool and a great food court with lots of choice. If you like boats and Disney Springs you can get a boat to DS.

Depends on what your priorities are?
My personal fav is CSR as its more of an adult hotel & not so Disney themed.
POR & PORFQ have the advantage of the boat to Disney Springs.
CBR has the new Skyliner (big advantage as there are 8 bus stops otherwise & can be a pain getting in to the Parks on time for a Breakfast ADR)
Cant comment on the Cabins at Fort Wilderness personally. Perhaps someone else will come on to tell you.

We have stayed at POFQ, personally I loved it but my husband didn’t like the theme. We want to book on Thursday but he doesn’t want to stay at the same resort but because I don’t know much about the others I’m not sure if the others are worth the extra £££ If that makes sense. We are a family of 6 ( 4 kids ) and also bringing my brother and mum ( it’ll be there first time ) the boat was really handy coming back from Disney springs.

Did you visit POR while at POFQ? I don't like POFQ but really loved POR when we stayed there. Good food there and the added advantage of Yeeha Bob on a few of the evenings.

Yes POR and POFQ are different themes.

I like POR as it was small but didnt like the dark room furniture.

POFQ is better themed and the rooms seem brighter to me but is a bigger resort.

We are looking at CSR for next year as it is cheaper and we all liked the resort.

Have you accidentally mixed up POR and POFQ? POR is definitely the bigger resort of the two (4 bus stops, as opposed to one at POFQ)
