My 40th - another Disney trip?

Hi everyone!

So, in the throes of planning for our July trip to Florida but my sisters have started the wheels turning for planning a wee weekend away in September to celebrate my 40th in October. Naturally my first instinct was DLP but no idea where to start! We are all teachers so need to fly from Glasgow on the Friday teatime and need to come back Sunday night (it's Scottish Monday holiday but one sister teaches in England and is in school on the Monday

)

Can't see an easyjet flight after 08:40 on the Friday - is that all there is?

Any hints, tips etc greatly appreciated to see if I can make this work
