and need root canal treatment! So painful.

5 hours of treatment later, one extremely bruised & swollen left cheek & I am finally pain free. Need a crown when back home and thankfully all covered under my insurance.

Now to enjoy the rest of my holiday

I had exactly the same a few years back. Believe me, now the pain has gone you will definately enjoy the rest of your holiday.

...and the bonus for you is the costs being covered by holiday insurance. Mine covered about $200 and the cost was around $1300!

Ouch! Poor you! I've just been through this in the UK and am just waiting on my crown to be fitted this week the pain was horrendous!
Hopefully now you managed to get treatment you can relax and have a fabulous holiday x

So glad dd isn't on the dibb and so won't see this.

On Monday she had surgery to remove an u descended tooth. She went for a brace and they noticed "something" in her gum on the X-ray and refused to proceed until she had it removed. She had general anaesthetic on Monday and it was a horrible ordeal, when she came around from the anaesthetic the surgeon came to say she had to go very close to the root and could have killed it and she may need root canal filling! She now has to wait 6-8 month to see if the tooth dies. I'll be fuming if it does as we were not made aware of ur and the idea of her going through this root canal does not seem good

Have had 3 of these now, all in UK thankfully, although my first one initially triggered in Epcot 2007 it didn't spoil my holiday, getting home was a whole different story
