Nashville dining on Thanksgiving day.
What would you suggest? We are not looking for something really expensive but maybe something fun so reccomendations are welcome. We will actually be in Nashville, Tennesee that day since we are doing a small road trip before our 8 nights in WDW.
I am a bit clueless for this day. We obvisiously don't celebrate thanksgiving but what to do? Are restaurants full booked this day or quiet? Edited at 08:30 PM. |

Might be worth amending the title/location (Gen trip planning) of your post so it indicates you're looking for Tennessee recs?
Current title sounds like you'll be in Orlando. Plus details re your likely location in Tennessee? Edited at 05:34 PM. |

You might want to google for a list of places that are open. It's one of the only days lots of places close, you might not have too much choice. It's one of the only days here people eat as families at home.

Most newspaper here, particularly in tourist areas, usually publish a list of restaurants and their hours for Thanksgiving.
P.S. If you're in the tourist areas in Orlando don't worry, they don't close. Usually staff have a rota system and work either Thanksgiving or Christmas. |

Try Pucketts Grocery, we ate there in June whilst in Nashville and it was lovely Their menu is online and they take bookings but it's a very popular restaurant so get in early!
Other good restaurants were Demos Italian & Jimmy Buffets Anna x x

Nashville is always busy!
Another vote for Pucketts but as previously said, call to book because its busy, especially if there is a music act on. .. or just wonder up Broadway visiting all the Honky Tonks listening to the brilliant live music. They all do food - although not sure what the opening times would be on Thanksgiving. Just an aside on the Honky Tonks, if you have kids with you remember a lot now don't allow children after 6pm.
