Shops away and Virgin miles

Does anyone who use this have trouble getting their miles? I’ve made lots of transactions with various retailers over the last 3 months and haven’t seen any miles yet. I usually use the Virgin app on my phone, then click through to the shops away portal.
Anyone have any idea what the problem might be, before I start trying to trace all my purchases and email them?

I use it via website not app and most of my purchases track and have miles credited within the stated 45 days.

I had to ring the miles team as mine were not being added. Got them back in the end.

I have just went on the desktop site rather than the app and found a lot more content. There is a list of pending points, and it’s all there. Not sure why it’s taking so long but at least I know they have gone through. I will give it a little longer then call them. Thanks
