Stocking fillers
I don’t usually do stockings.
My children get a main gift then lots of cheaper items (that I always refer to as stocking fillers) like pj’s etc This year I am going to do stockings (to be opened after dinner) the stockings I have seen are just standard Christmas stocking size and I only want to fill it with cheap items £5 or less per item (bigger more expensive items will be on their Santa’s pile) So I need ideas please ! My youngest is easy, blind bags, bouncy balls etc So I need things for my daughter who is 16 and my middle son who is 13 No chocolate or sweets No earphones No key rings They will already have these. So what else is nice, cheap and small enough to fit in a stocking |

I’d like to know too. I end up filling my kids with tat to open. Dunno why. Thought I had a photo. Think mine was a hairbrush, pens, new colouring book, sweets, nail varnish etc

For your dd get Lush, my dd loves it. Make up, brushes, toiletries, pop socket for phone, stationary, socks, ring holder, hair clips, scrunchies, nail vanish, make up bag.
Ds is harder, toiletries, aftershave, socks, sports drink bottle. My sons now grown up never really were bothered about stocking fillers they only wanted the good stuff!

Our Christmas stockings always include a book
As they have got older I have added things like cleanser wipes cotton pads dry shampoo - all the things I would end up buying anyway Girls I think are easier - as there’s always little things Last year I included false eyelashes and nail varnish |

I can fill daughters (14) stocking up easily. Smellies, socks, make up, cleanser, cleaning wipes for phone, usb cable, Primark false nails, folding reusable straw in a case.
Son is much harder. He is 21 ( no he isn’t to old for a Christmas stocking ha ha ) socks, smellies, usb cable, amazon voucher, chilly bottle (or similar cheaper version) The years we went to Florida I bought bits for the holiday too. Ears, Disney pen and autograph book for daughter. Lanyards for tickets. I do tend to bulk it out with sweets though. Edited at 12:29 PM. |

If you have a Flying Tiger store nearby, it shouldn’t be hard to find stocking fillers- they sell a bit of everything and it’s all extremely cheap and very cute!
