That’s where I’ve been going wrong! And I thought all my guests had died of natural causes

See I would probably still have killed my guests over Xmas off unless I’d seen this thread cos I don’t shop at Waitrose... us asda plebs would still be doing it all wrong

I put my crown in and cook it for the time required and then leave it to rest, then all the pink juices run out. I panic slice it and bung in back in the oven for 40 mins and it’s dry as a bone! Maybe undercooked it would taste better at least I wouldn’t have to cook Christmas lunch again lol!

I’m just about to check their site now! Didn’t know they had a food to order section.
M&S haven’t made this announcement. Maybe I’ll get one from there and sue after Xmas?! 😉 😜
