Subscriptions Have potential. Having something delivered monthly is always a nice surprise. You can get alcohol, cakes, candy and snacks etc.
Personally, I know I'm hard to buy for so I just tell everyone not to buy me anything. I actually don't want anything and it annoys me when people buy me gifts that's I don't want as it's a waste of their money. I'd hate all of the above suggestions. |

How about some nice candles or bath things from somewhere like The White Company?
If she's away a lot, something nice to come home to. I've just got a lovely furry blanket from Kelly Hoppen on QVC, it's lovely and snuggly to have on the sofa. I agree, how about taking her out for afternoon tea or a spa experience.

There was an advert on TV last night to adopt a donkey with The Donkey Sanctuary I think it starts from £3 a month.
They help donkeys all around the world and if she likes animals it could be a nice gift.

That’s brilliant, thanks everyone, I knew this would be the place to find the answer. Some really good ideas. I love the idea of something comforting when she is home and also the vineyard experience as we have a fairly local vineyard that wouldn't involve any travelling. Will check it out.
