Anyone used 'Holiday car hire' 01772 623080?

They've given me a brilliant quote on a 7 seater for next August... but I haven't heard of them. They're on FB.

Thanks.

Mmm, can't even find them on a Google search. I'm not being funny who uses a name for a company that can't be found when searching without a million choices popping up.

Not for me sorry.

Edit. Have you researched who they are and where they are based? What rental companies do they use and what's their Insurance inclusions etc?
Are all taxes and fees included?

aka carhire4u.co.uk
aka jetstream-travel.co.uk

They are basically a third party agent.

I never use any company that purposely hides their address, but for info, they seem to be registered to a home address 95 Fox Lane, Leyland, PR251HB

Alarm bells ring to me which says avoid.

To answer your question, i don't know who uses them which is why I asked the question

and to reply to your edit... no not yet, I will of course research them, but I thought a simple quick question here was a good place to start

Some additional info

They seem to just use an affiliated link to autoeurope.com so basically they have set up a budget site with a link to get commission, so you never actually deal with them. Similar to Quidco, but they keep the commission.

I think you have taken my post out of context. I wasn't hinting you should Google them I was just asking had you done any due diligence yet?
Oh well. I will leave it to you but I wouldn't use them.
There are maybe 15+ I trust and rarely step out of that list.

Hi Mr TM,
I have a much smaller list I check out - the usual suspects - mainly the car hire companies themselves, Alamo Brita, DFCH and Virgin.

Would you be happy to share your list?

Hi. My list is as follows and in no order of preference.

Virgin Atlantic
Alamo Brits
Andy
Netflights
Auto Europe
Car Flexi
Uscarhire
Usrentacar
Hertz U.K. With the Amex code I have
Alamo US with a big discount code I have then add Insurance
Costco UK
BA with Avis. 7 days for the price of 5

I have another 3 on tabs on my PC but I only use them for research to date. If they come good on prices I will consider them.

Never ignore Netflights they have some excellent prices.

Bear in mind I only need 1 driver.
