Mobile Alamo Car Class

Hi Guys,

Just realised I think Alamo at MCO gave me the wrong car class.

I had booked a standard SUV, and have ended up with an Kia Sportage which I think is a intermediate, is there any way to check the car class?, is it coded on a sticker on the car some place?

Almost certainly an Intermediate but if it's a top end one they could class it as a Standard.
Check your rental agreement, top right. It will say what car you have and the class.
Otherwise the windscreen barcowill detail it
IFAR or SFAR are the two classes.

Hi,

Thanks, that’s what I thought, it’s a lower end one for sure, I have a sportage at home and this one hardly has any toys, not even auto hold.

Will check the window and see what it says then contact them.

If you got allocated it then they owe you money. If you picked it from the Standard row at MCO you will have to battle to get any money back and probably will fail

I would pop to the Disney Car Care Centre and tell them MCO didn't have any Standards, they will find you one. I did that with a dog of a Tiguan I had a while ago.

Hi Guys,

Went back to MCO, at first the woman at the booth tried to tell me it was a standard SUV, but after pointing out the paperwork said it was intermediate, and barcode said it was intermediate they sorted it.

I tried asking for a Discovery but they won’t upgrade that much, but they did give me a nice 2020 Buick Enclave which is huge!, it’s just the two of us in this!, thinking about starting a taxi business when we are here with it..lol
