Nothing to suggest it will be included, and pretty unlikley to, just wishful thinking. The new Disney UK tickets will be out in the next week, if they were going to give any sort of Genie+ perk it would be then, but the suggestions from ticket sellers are that the perks will be exactly the same.

I think they would be looking at AP deals before they'd even consider UK tickets, due to the volume of both sold. And they've already announced there's no immediate plans to offer APs any form of discount.

I could see it being talked about as part of the 2023 on site offer though, which they may already be starting to work on.

I did think as much. Saw a massive thread (not here) and one lassie who is a TA and a couple of other folk seemed pretty certain an offer is coming along with the new tickets but I'm the same, cant see us being that lucky!
