I can't imagine her as Marilyn either. Seems an odd choice 🤔

Saw it in a packed theatre on Saturday night people coughing all around me, now have a bad cough

Thought the movie was great but the end was completely rubbish and totally out of character with every Bond film I've seen.

I call it a Bond movie not a 007 movie. So the ending kind of ruined my enjoyment. Compared to the ending of Dr No, From Russia with Love, Thunderball,
You Only Live Twice, Diamonds Are Forever, The Man with the Golden Gun, The Spy Who Loved Me, Moonraker,
For Your Eyes Only, Octopussy, Tomorrow Never Dies why mess with a classic ending just annoyed me I don't know why. Just a rather depressing ending instead of the usual cheeky chappy ending.

That's exactly how I feel!

She reminded me of Marilyn Monroes character in How to marry a millionaire in the scene when she first meets Bond.

Re the ending ... my thoughts:

Right at the end was the usual 'James Bond will return'. Not 007, James Bond. So - how? They could do a story set before this one. Or, let's face it, no-one actually saw him die. Could the team (or some of them) have collaborated on a cover-up?

Wow. Finally got to see it this monrning. Amazing film for Daniel Craig to finish on. Just not sure I agree with the ending, but still loved it.

This also disappointed me a little, not sure what to think!

I really hope not, the ending looked pretty black and white to me. I have my thoughts on what they should do based on what we saw in the film…… I’ll keep that to myself though 😉
