My Disney Experience - Friends and Family list shambles

My friends and family list on MDE is a total mess.

The past two trips, we have been booked with WDW as a party of 9, and all managed by me on MDE.
This year, we have 3 separate room bookings, made by 3 different people, which I have added to my MDE. The bookings are there, with everyone listed, but can't seem to be able to manage everyone, in order to make park reservations, even though they are still on my friends and family list, it says they don't have valid park admission.
I've ended up with multiples on my F&F list, trying to add them, but I still can't seem to manage them... so frustrating.

Complicated by the fact my son and husband have the same name, which it doesn't seem to like at all.

What is the best way to get this sorted? I need to make park reservations, and I'm already thinking ahead about doing Dining ADRs.

Hi,

I had this joy with a party of 10 one year. Once we all got linked properly it was fine but getting there was a pain!

I'd just check with everyone that they don't have other accounts set up. I had my nieces on mine but they had set up their own accounts and I had to request them and I'm sure they had to say I could manage plans. I ended up with about 3 of each person then deleted them. Even things like middle initials created a nightmare!

I currently can’t get my dh back on my family list. He set up his own MDE and then forgot the password so now I can’t get it back off him

Mine did the same, why on earth he set one up I do not know, he doesn't ever go on it!

Give Disney a call, they have a MDE department. I had some issues with my wife (lol) at one point and they sorted it out over the phone really quickly.

We had a party of seven and I ended up calling Disney and they were very helpful.
