I really doubt that theory ... there are too many flash forward scenes of Rebecca’s last days that support what we saw and I think the writers have been signalling that this is coming for some time now.
Also it makes no sense that Kevin would be asking for permission to make jokes at ‘his’ expense if it wasn’t ‘his’ wedding.
Trying to write carefully to avoid spoilers 😀

So we saved Season 5 to binge over Xmas and it was all going so beautifully until the last episode wish i could unsee it and im not looking forward to season 6 now, why why would they do that
