Would you reccomend Hotel Chocolat?

I'm thinking of ordering some chocolate from Hotel Chocolat and was just wondering if you would reccomend them?

Thanks

Like most chocolates some are fantastic and some are meh! I love the chocolate kirsch cherries and the mojito truffles. They do an everything box which gives you a good taster.

Is it better to order Hotel Chocolat from them direct or through John Lewis? I order a lot from John Lewis so was just wondering.

Agree with the above, some chocolate is lovely ,others can be not good.
I also love their mojito chocolates and ones like the Eton mess ones and creme brűlée.. so the truffle type.
We got a couple of Christmas hampers from them as gifts from work colleagues and they weren’t good at all.
The chocolate tasted cheap and the liqueurs were a let down which is a shame .

Hotel Chocolate is lovely. A good place to check is QVC, I got a big selection pack from QVC at Christmas and I split them up into some really nice gifts and kept some for myself

I really love Hotel Chocolat! Sadly I live somewhere where it's not available. Every time I visit the UK (last time was in 2019 sadly) I visit a Hotel Chocolat shop and buy loads to bring home with me, if that's any indication of how much I really like their chocolates!

My favourites are the champagne and pink champagne truffles, and the florentine isabelle. Also like the gemstones that come in a little bag. And oooh just looking at their website they now have Easter eggs available too!

(I always used to head down to the local Hotel Chocolat shop on Easter Monday to stock up on chocolate...)
