Are fast passes still cancelled?

I was looking around yesterday and saw that even if you had disney tickets, plus reservation for the day. Actual fast passes are still not bookable ? Anyone got any further info or if / when it will return?

There is currently no date for their return. I can�t help any further than that, sorry. Hopefully someone else might have more info for you

Still no news on if or when they will return. There was some speculation about whether fastpasses would become a "paid extra" as they are at Universal but a lot of the advertising for the UK tickets lists fastpasses as part of the package.

The rack rate of Disney rooms is too high to make fast pass an additional cost (I hope)...

Disney is introducing the �Genie� app.

It is widely rumoured that this app will include some paid for fast pass facility.

I could be wrong but would be very surprised if fastpass came back given the imminent Genie app introduction.

If they are doing anything different or reintroducing fastpasses I�d have thought they�d need to announce at least a couple of months before the 50th celebrations start.

Fast passes cannot return due to social distancing - they are using the lines/space for the standard queue and some attractions are operating at reduced capacity. Staffing levels have also been cut.

As soon as this rule is relaxed they will come back

However, currently the 2022 Ultimate tickets state that they include fastpasses. Therefore, as this is part of the Ts&Cs for those tickets, if/when fastpasses do return then at least some fastpsses would be free as part of the Disney Ultimate tickets. At least until the end of 2022 anyway.

It's possible that Disney may sell additional fastpasses on top of those you get free. And the number of free fastpasses may change and be reduced from the 3 per day that we previously enjoyed.

As to when they will return - who knows! Possibly the beginning of 2022 would be my guess, but it is just a guess.
