How to cook ribs?

A little bit of help is needed.

As our holiday is now back on

I have decided that we shall celebrate every 50 days. Well, why not, we've waited long enough

Each 50 days there will be an American meal prepared and what a better way to start, with ribs!

Does anyone have a great recipe to make them tender and super tasty?

it all depends on your method of cooking, personally, i sous vide mine, and then finish off on the bbq or under the grill. i actually prefer mine chinese style and deep fried!

but heres a decent recipe for the oven i would use if i wasnt doing them my normal way
