There have been various studies showing that mask wearing helps reduce the spread of airborne viruses. It's been shown that those states in the USA that mandated mask wearing had slower rates of infection than those that didn't mandate mask wearing. I'm not sure why we are having this debate again. Mask wearing helps slow the spread of the virus. Almost all countries around the world recommend wearing masks to help reduce the spread of the virus in their population. But I appreciate what Tinkerbell says above and agree that I shouldn't have argued this point here because this thread is not the place for it. So, I apologise for doing that and I'll try not to do it again. To answer the OPs question, Disney's current policy is that guests are required to wear masks inside. Outdoors is optional.
