How long after cancelling BA flight does it disappear from the app?

Hi
I have cancelled my BA flight/airport hotel and received an email which I need to reply to with my new booking reference once I have booked my new flights and they will credit the old amount paid from the new flight/airport hotel (no code just a reply to this email! )
How long after receiving this does it take for the flights to delete from the app?

Mine was still there until the departure date of the cancelled flight, then it dropped off.
But I changed mine so the new flights were also there (still are) under the same booking ref.

Same as above, I cancelled New York 3 months ago, the app told me checkin was open the other day.

You get a Future Travel Voucher (FTV) for a holiday booking. You can reply to the email or use it when booking by phone.
Only evouchers have codes that can be used online for flight only bookings.

All of my cancelled bookings have stayed until departure date too.

Thank you for confirming about the voucher I was expecting a code even for a FTV so was really scared I had been scammed especially when the flight is still on my app!

Was exactly 7 days from filling in the form online to receiving the email

Thank you everyone, but sad that I have to look at the flight I could have been on until it leaves but reassuring that it’s normal to still be on the app!

I had a refund and still have it showing about a month after receiving the refund.

Strange people are saying their old flights are still showing as all three I have cancelled this year and rebooked have disappeared from the App around 7 days later!
