Some starters are big enough to have as an entre. You might then have room for some lovely desert, or at least share one.

At Miller's ale house they do grilled chicken tenders (if you don't fancy deep fried) which isn't a massive portion, pot stickers too are a good size.

I also vote for kid's portions.

Delighted you are well enough to return to Florida. Have a wonderful holiday/birthday when it comes

I also agree kids portions are a good idea - when I was paying OOP I would often buy a kids meal as they were more than enough for me!

There are also some lovely snack credits around, although I think most people have already told you about them! The pulled pork cheese fries from flame tree, the mac n cheeses from eight spoon cafe (I liked the pulled pork, but others like the shrimp), the poutine at Disney Springs doesn't look too big (I haven't tried it yet), and pretty much anything from the French bakery (my favourite is the ham and cheese croissant).

I am so glad you are feeling better at the moment and are able to go back. Hope you manage to have an amazing time!

OMG, the poutine there is AMAZING. Refreshment Port at Epcot do it as well, though it's not as good as at Disney Springs. It's seriously my main must-do food.

I always get a kids meal at a QS restaurant.

Also find a pretzel is enough for lunch some days.

Just make sure you keep hydrated.

Have a lovely holiday.

Thanks, am busy compiling a list

DH would quite happily clear my plate as well as his own but I dont want to be over faced, as it just puts me off completely.

I have a list going and am also looking forward to the food and wine festival (I really must sit and google what this years offerings are) DH can try the beers and I will try the food)

I’m not much help with the food options I’m afraid, other than Food and Wine at Epcot are small portions and snack credits too.
But just want to say have a fantastic time, really hope everything goes well for you, you’ve certainly earned it 👍
