Hi everyone,

11 days to go! could not be more excited

have been looking for restaurants that would entertain are little monkey!

I have just read some trip reports advising thy were waiting 2hrs for food in RFC id be lucky if my little girl will wait 20 mins!

Is this really the case? will this be like this at all restaurants - i guessed only been with adults previously ive never really noticed before .

Staying off site - all recommendations welcome

Hi,

We have always found it can be a long wait for a walk in table at Rain Forrest Cafe, have you thought about signing up for a Landry's card, to late for the card to arrive as you leaving soon...but pretty sure you can use the APP on your phone.

Would allow you to get a priority table, we have used it a few times and works a treat to get a table much quicker than a standard walk up

Although it is last year we were there we did not wait anything like that long. There are the fish tanks which are very time consuming to look at whilst waiting as well as the other animatronics which perform periodically to keep young and old amused if there is a bit of a wait.

As above. We really loved our meal at RFC and we bought a Landry card each. I used mine at RFC and oh used his at Bubba Gumps.

Service was amazing at both, food was surprisingly good and the kids still talk about these restaurants now.

t-Rex is also a good one for the little ones , especially if they love dinosaurs. they're on the landrys select too so you can use your card for priority seating

Landry cards are superb for RFC and/or TREX. We've walked up a number of times and never waited more than 10 mins for a table of 6.

Can you use a Landry card alongside your DDP?

Have you made an ADR? If not, it's always a gamble as to whether you will get a table or be turned away. A Landry card would help, but with only 11 days to go, I'm not sure you have enough time to get one. I guess you could always try a walk up at non-busy times (outside of main meal times) for more chance of a table quickly.
