Last year we did both (Tusker twice) and loved the food at both. Preferred the character interaction at Tusker though and we didn't feel as rushed there.

Yes I agree,we were actually sat shivering one year, like seriously freezing, the cynic in me thinks it's like this so people won't stay too long.

Out of the two, Crystal Palace for us. Nicer food and location we felt.

We did CP lunch and Tusker house breakfast into lunch. We preferred the food at Tusker's but both were good. I'd base it on choice of characters and location.

we will back at Disney next summer and I am certain we will be popping into the Crystal Palace - food usually good and plentiful and always meet all the characters - can defo recommend.

I'd make a decision based on the choice of characters.

We like them both, but CP is a bit more "magical" being in the MK, with the castle just out the window.

It's also a far nicer space - light and airy. I always feel Tusker House feels a little bit gloomy.

We loved tusker house. Crystal Palace was good too but we thought the food was much better at tusker house. Character interaction at both was comparable. It really boils down to which characters you want to see/meet
