Placeholder clarification please
I know I could ring disney to ask but figured someone here would probably know
We booked a placeholder back in August and would like to book for August 2019 once its released. I asked when booking whether the next cruise needed to depart or return by the date that we booked this year and the cm at first said it needed to be completed by 27th August 2019 (we booked the placeholder 27th August 2017) then later on said that we just needed to select a cruise that departed on or before that date. Does anyone know how this works? Also I know that prices are normally best when first released, anyone know when Aug 2019 might be out? Was guessing at later this year. Would we need to look at the UK booking site? and then deduct the 10% or do we use the US site? Do the prices work out the same barring exchange rate variances? Hope someone can help |

I think the cruise needs to have departed by your date. Thats what we have been told several times. As long as you are onboard by your final date its all good!
I know they have up until January 2019 already so would say up until fall 2019 will be released soon! |

The cruise must depart before your 24 months is up .. not a day later.
You won't be able to book online with a placeholder, you'll need to call them I'm afraid and give them your reference number. We should get Feb - July-ish coming out this month, you may need to wait until about Feb 2018 for the August ones though. Joa
