I guessed wrong. It is nothing to do with the new developments or the road itself. The water company are digging a big hole in the central reservation at the top near Red Lobster and Taco Bell. They have coned off one lane on each side for a short stretch. They have also blocked off one of the turning lanes on 192 . This might be opened up every evening as they aren't actually digging in the road. No hold ups for me so far.

We went past today no hold ups at all don't think it will be a major issue
