Transfer from Orlando to Port Canaveral
We are doing our first cruise next month. Neither of us drive and use Uber everywhere on holiday. However, it seems beneficial financially to use a proper transfer firm for this trip. Does anyone have any recommendations, things I should know, tips, etc?
I have found this company but don't know if any good: goportcanaveral/airp...-of-cruise.php

We have used Mears before and I've heard others say they have used Happy Limo
happylimo/rates---fleet.html Presume you aren't staying at a Disney Hotel as Disney have a bus too.

You can get Uber and I would guess their prices are pretty much in line with Happy Limo (I read better reports about Happy Limo though)!
I would say that any firm recommended by people on this forum (the whole forum) would be ok .. so if they do airport to hotel, then they would do hotel to port generally. If you look at the advertisers bit in the Dibb, you may find a company in there. If you're cruising with Disney, the transfers cost $35 per person each way so adds up to a fair bit, but if there's more than 2 of you, something like Happy Limo or Uber will probably be cheaper. Have fun and enjoy your cruise.

Thanks for your replies. Perhaps i should have specified 'shuttle' rather than 'transfer'.
Does anyone have any experience of shuttles from MCO/hotels to Port?

The only hotel at MCO that I know has a shuttle is the Hyatt but the shuttle is with DCL, so $35 per person.
There are a few places in Cocoa Beach that will collect you from the airport, take you to the hotel then shuttle you to the port the next day. Just google Cocoa Beach (or Titusville) and 'sleep park fly' .. they call them a few different things but that should give you some details. Joa

Thank you. Ended up booking with Go Port Canaveral. Some horror reviews on Facebook but when you actually read them you see that people sometimes waited an hour beyond their pick-up window. With this in mind, and the fact that bad reviews are more likely to be posted than good AND that GPC are the biggest shuttle firm in the area, I've booked for a transfer three hours before our boarding time! Is there much to do at the port? If all goes well, we might have two hours to kill...
