Certainly doable, but I would try and fit in another activity on Monday evening.

Doable, but expensive as you'd need to buy park tickets for just a few hours. I would rather get a 3 or 4 day Disney ticket and drop Universal. Goto a park on the Monday night too and watch some fireworks.

All very do-able, but as has been remarked, pricey. With 3 days I'd limit myself to either Universal or Disney.
Although the Universal onsite hotels can be pricey the Holiday Inn across from Universal, the Hilton Doubletree and Fairfield Inn are all 15m walking distance. The onsite Cabana Bay hotel can be surprisingly reasonable but doesn't do front of line passes. For Disney, hotel choices abound onsite but offsite the Hilton and the Holiday Inn Disney Springs are both walking distance to Disney Springs where you can get to the parks, albeit indirectly - Beach and Yacht Resort busses will put you walking distance to Epcot and a boat ride to Hollywood Studios, Contemporary Resort busses will put you a walk away from Magic Kingdom, busses to Grand Floridian or the Polynesian will put you on the Monorail to MK. Animal Kingdom from Disney Springs requires a bus to any resort (though the All-Stars are probably your best bet) and another bus to AK. Whatever park you plan to go to, British tickets will turn out very pricey for just 3 days as they're 14-day validity. Instead try undercovertourist who sells US and International tickets for just the number of days you want, make sure you get the hopper/park-to-park tickets so you can visit more than one park each day, this is especially useful at Universal so you can ride the Hogwarts Express. 3-day Universals should be about $250, Disney about $350. |

Looks a bit patchy to me. I would also stick with either Disney or Universal not both. For the short period of time, I would probably go for Universal.
